To Configure a Person's Account to Login

The person for whom you want to set up a login must be registered as a CONNECT user.

From the Project info panel, select Personnel management. The Manage personnel window displays.
Select the person code of the person for whom you want to set up a login. The Person details - <person code> window opens.
Select the Gear icon > Edit person. The Editing person - <person code> window opens.
Select the Login tab.
To allow the user to log in with a registered user name and email account, turn on the Authentication account checkbox.
In the Work email field, enter the person's business email address.
In the Choose authentication account field, select Create new account.
Select Save.
A second Editing person window opens allowing you to make changes to the person's name, user code, status or title. When finished, click Save. The person's account is configured to login using the supplied account information.
